All products offered on our website ishrili.com or on the ishrili mobile application are original from different sellers. The products are shipped to Mauritania and can be delivered to all countries in the world.


It is important to know that order processing times are separate from delivery times.

Orders will be processed by the seller and the buyer must contact the seller to arrange the terms of payment and delivery.


The date of receipt of the packages is set by mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer. Generally, the delivery time for orders varies between 7 to 14 days depending on the country where the product will be delivered. The seller is solely responsible for delivering packages to their buyers and Ishrili is not responsible for delivering packages or orders to customers.

The seller has all the right to procure the service of a carrier or delivery person to deliver orders to his customer.

The delivery time is fixed between the seller and the buyer and consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the packages cannot call into question the responsibility of ishrili.

The risk of transport is borne entirely by the buyer or seller and not by ishrili


We offer international delivery services to all countries around the world.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Ishrili is not responsible for these fees if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.


If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us at contact@ishrili.com with name and telephone number of vendor, and Ishrili will review it and do our best to find a satisfactory solution . Ishrili does not guarantee reimbursement of payment for your purchases.

The customer must contact the seller to arrange the location of receipt of the package. If you have problems related to the reception and recovery of your packages, please contact us by email: contact@ishrili.com and Ishrili will transmit the information to the delivery person upon receipt of this email.

The customer can, if he wishes, delegate someone to collect the package for him. To do this, the customer must contact the seller.

The Customer can register any reservations regarding the services and is invited to make his comments in writing upon receipt of the packages provided that he considers that he has identified a shortcoming or an error in the delivery.

In the event of non-compliance, the customer has the right to send his reasoned and written reservations, within twelve (12) days from the date of receipt of the packages to Ishrili who will take care of what is necessary.

Without reservation issued by the Customer within seventy-two (72) working hours from receipt of the delivery note, the Customer is presumed to have received the packages without reservation.


The customer has every right to modify or cancel his order at any time before payment.
