  1. The purchase return policy, the refund policy, the exchange policy, the order modification policy, as well as the order cancellation policy are set in a mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer.
  2. ORDER DAMAGED OR NOT RECEIVED

In case your order arrives damaged or if you have not received the order you purchased as expected, please send us an email as soon as possible to contact@ishrili.com with the seller's WhatsApp number and a photo of the package. We will address these issues on a case-by-case basis, and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

  1. RETURN TIME

The deadline for making a package return, an exchange request or a refund is 3 days after receipt of the order.

If more than 3 days have passed since your purchase, you will no longer be entitled to request a refund or exchange.

PACKAGE SHIPPING FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE

To ship your package for return or refund, we recommend using the seller's address to return your package.

  1. PRODUCT NOT AUTHORIZED FOR RETURN

The return of certain products is not authorized. Types of goods such as, perishable goods, food, flowers, newspapers. Likewise, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, beauty, personal care and makeup products, dangerous materials or substances, flammable liquids or gases and downloadable software.

In certain cases, no refunds or exchanges will be granted: (if applicable)

*Products showing obvious signs of use

* Books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, toys, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.

*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.
